QQ12358 写了： 2023年 9月 25日 13:35 其实costco几乎没有减价空间，costco的收益75%都来自会员费，卖东西的收益才占总收益25%，卖东西只赚很小一部分的利润，costco是店大欺“客”,能把厂家的产品进货价格尽量压低，能把信用卡transaction fee尽量压低，在控制成本方面做到了极致。你想想，如果一个人普通会员$60/year，你一年在costco买的那么多东西，给costco贡献的profit才 $20。比如你一年在costco消费了$3000 (大多人不止这个数）,其中成本和运营成本加起来$2980, 最后costco 只有$20利润。哪怕costco产品只降价1%，原来那些$3000的产品降价后 $2970，都不够人家成本$2980。costco卖的量大，总的来讲东西不能亏本卖，不然每年亏钱太多。当然个别产品（比如烤鸡）常年大幅亏本卖的也有。

在成本控制做到极致后，靠卖产品产生的利润还那么少（即使量大），也间接说明了costco的东西性价比很好。

我是没第一手数据。fool 网站那文章是这么写的，没核实真实性，但听说过类似结论，觉得出入不大。是利润profit 的75% ，不是revenue 的 75%
我其他大部分帖子用的是利润这个词，不应该用收益这次词。或者直接用profit英文更好，收益，按英文字面也能翻译profit, gain等英文字眼。但反过来，profit还是说利润准确点。
