To qualify for TPS, a person must meet the following requirements:
Be a national of a foreign country with a TPS designation
Be continuously physically present in the United States since the effective date of designation
Not be inadmissible to the United States or barred from asylum for certain reasons

下面没有一条要求“unlawful admitted”，最后一条相关，但是说的是“Not be inadmissible to the United States”。
