很多印度人重复申请
看人发的帖子
It was estimated that Nearly 600k applications are filed for H1 this year. Majority of the applicants are filing multiple applications (I have seen people filing 100 applications) through consultancies - where as people working in Facebook/Apple/Amazon/Netflix/Google/Microsoft/Uber/Lyft/Airbnb.. are filing only one application and risking their tenure in US year over year.
Luckily some of the companies have branches outside of US (e.g. CANADA/Europe) so that they can send their employees outside of US for one year and bring them back on L1 visa, but for other companies where there are no branches outside of US, people are at true RISK.

大裁员的时候这么搞，大公司号称做够了招工的due diligence,会不会被调查？耗子女儿和她的找不到工作的同学去华盛顿听一次证？

$400律师费，加上大概30刀的移民局费用。他估计找个便宜的律师就更低了

这个 制定 政策的人 也没有 考虑周全，他没有考虑到 重复申请的事。
应该 鼓励 举报，一旦发现 重复申请，这个公司 10年内 不能 申请 H1B visa
