I do similar things now.
I first spoke in a low voice hoping the other guy would tune up his volume. Then I screamed as loud as I could. Then I did not have calls from them for about two weeks. Just as I thought it worked, I got calls from them again. I did the same thing again about ten days ago, and so far they have not yet harassed me.
