没觉得有问题
欧洲国家废旧电脑上的程序可以“回收”，或许这给了操作空间。一旦这些程序是Global的，就出漏洞了

买来 赶快下载 激活吧。激活后 微软 拿你也没办法了。如果不能激活，赶快 退货了事。
你要是 下载下来 几个月 不安装，到时候 有问题 就没人负责了
