Bump stocks were banned by the Trump administration in December 2018. The ban was implemented following the 2017 Las Vegas shooting, where a gunman used bump stocks to increase the firing rate of semi-automatic rifles, resulting in the deaths of 58 people and injuries to hundreds more.

记得机枪是100多年前被禁的，如果放在今天，高院还真不会赞成这个禁令。
