当地时间11月19日，在卡塔尔世界杯开幕前一天，国际足联（FIFA）主席詹尼·因凡蒂诺（Gianni Infantino）谈及相关议题，抨击了西方对于东道主卡塔尔主办世界杯的批评，并指责西方人是“虚伪的双重标准”。
因凡蒂诺认为，欧洲人过去3000年在世界各地干尽坏事，只有在未来3000年里道歉，才有资格给别人“上道德课”。他不仅回忆自己儿时也曾在欧洲受到歧视，还尖锐指出一些在卡塔尔等地区大肆赚钱的西方企业也没有保证移民劳工的权利问题。

“有资格”这个词太强了，国际足联主席的话，根本没有“有资格”这个词。英语环境中基本不用这个词。
