I am Chief John Gardner with the State College Police Department. 对，小孩上街堵塞交通。今天其实没有惹事。但是历史上惹过很多事。我记得十几年前有一次费城棒球夺冠，小孩上街，把街上垃圾桶全砸了，把一个空车给掀翻了。还拆了好多stop sign。十年前橄榄球教练出事那次，也是，小孩上街砸垃圾桶。。。

最近几年来都没有真出事了。现在小孩都有手机，警察局会通过手机发恐吓信，一吓唬就全回去了。

尼玛，警察对付枪手的时候，畏畏缩缩，没有什么办法，但对付小屁孩的时候，却精神抖擞，各种创意无穷。。。
