每年改两次时间属实害人不浅，应该尽快废除。既然现在已经使用DST了，就把DST永久化就行了，11月份不用再折腾了。

应该是取消夏令时而不是永久夏令时，但是夏令时就是一个变态的政策，而且要命的是有些地方有夏令时，有的地方没有夏令时，而且在一个州内都不一样！

有道理。本地每次换时交通事故就多死几个人

赶紧改，每年换两次烦死了。
