以前一直用skype打电话，现在Skype没了，有什么好的代替吗？谢谢。听说微信有拨电话的功能，但是好像用国内好嘛的没有这个功能。

I still have some credit on Skype but can not use it on my cellphone anymore. However, I read that you can still use desktop Skype to call China phone numbers.

Can somebody verify if this is true?

Also, I have the same question. What is the best way to call a China phone number using Wi-Fi or cellphone data?

如果是打国内直接微信就完了，没那么多啰嗦事儿；如果国内打国外，尤其是对方又没有微信的，那还是老老实实用VoIP Phone Service吧，用App WiFi Call

国际电话现在跟不要钱一样，1c/min，tello 就能打，也不用单独装啥 app 了

没你想的那么简单，要有电话号码的。
我cmlink保号回国，结果过两年就打不了电话发不了短信了(网没问题)。默认就是要你再出国一段时间激活。

问题我银行股票账号都是这个手机号(这种财产事情根本不敢用大陆号），简直闹麻了。

如果不用cmlink，大陆漫游就太贵了。

原先skype能设置拨出手机号，就非常合适
