Claude is better. I actually didn't compare. But I use Claude, sonnet 4, I think it is good. Saved me a lot time to write unit test cases. I use it to generate unit test cases.

how much for Claude?
I use IntelliJ, with the Junie plugin. I use the ultimate version, its USD 200 a year, I think no limit tokens. It is really good. Save a lot of time to write unit test cases. I write the code for the application, then leave it to Junie to write all the unit test cases. Junie uses Claude Sonnet 4 as backend model.
