军版能把CanGuanGong封了吗？连“士官”定义都不知道

colonel也是士官，士官是军官带兵打战的，不是技术官，造个鸡吧导弹。

Minuteman owes its existence largely to Air Force Colonel Edward N. Hall, who in 1956 was given charge of the solid-fuel-propulsion division of General Bernard Schriever's Western Development Division, created to lead development of the SM-65 Atlas and HGM-25A Titan I ICBMs.
Hall was known for his "friction with others" and in 1958 Schriever removed him from the Minuteman project, sending him to the UK to oversee deployment of the Thor IRBM.

lieutenant 士官級 （士官長，中士，下士）
Colonel 校級 （上校，中校，少校）
General 將級 （上將，中將，少將）如再細分，上將有5星級，4星級，。。等。
General 〉Colonel 〉lieutenant
這些級別，與是否是技术官沒有關係。將軍搞技術的比較少，不是因為軍職的高低，多是因為當上將軍，多是年事已高。

colonel是军官 的一级 军官 是commissioned officer 就是军队里的教授
士官 不管级别多高 都是non commissioned officer NCO 就是军队里的千老
