笑尿了，第二个case我找到来源了，原来是forbes一个sb记者，没有任何appraisal trainning, 在网上发文说trump apt只有11000，为什么呢，因为这个sb去county record查到一条base area 11000,做过一天地产的都知道base area值得是一层占地，这是一个复式3层结构。omg, 这b居然是ny ag office的唯一证人，你敢信这样的bullshit
