9毫米及以上口径就足够了。37起手枪对熊自卫的案例中，失败的只有一起，还是因为枪主只打了一枪后不知为啥放弃继续射击而改成爬地上装死。

选40或10mm的话为什么不选45呢？45选择多很多，用来训练的子弹也便宜吧。

一般来说，.40 ammo的穿透力比.45强一点。10mm远远强于这两个，不是一个级别的。
