如何禁止笔记本windows 10经常唤醒外置usb硬盘

HP Spectre laptop windows 10常年开机，
通过usb docking station外接了一块4TB USB硬盘。
发现外置usb硬盘经常被wake up（大概间隔几十分钟或几个小时？），然后又继续sleep。
感觉以前把外置硬盘接在台式机上是不会唤醒的，除非对外置硬盘进行读写。

似乎没有办法禁止windows 10的这种行为？

我仔细听了一下，外置硬盘只是偶尔轻微咔嗒一下，并没有真正spin起来。spin起来是有一定噪音的。

不知道是怎么回事。
