两个方面

1，中国学生的数量加上良莠不齐程度，这些新闻的频率正常（而且中国人一般只关注中国人的新闻）

2，确实感觉死的国际学生中国学生偏多，很多其实都没有公开报道，尤其是涉及foul play的时候，比如是学校的员工或者学生导致的自杀，学校都会掩盖的很厉害
