CanonColorLaser打印机出错PrepareYellowCateidge

Canon Lbp632cdw.


但黄色墨盒还剩20%
把设置改成lowCartridge继续打印也不行，
改成黑白mode打印也不行。

是不是非要换新墨盒不可，
还是其他的问题？
如何解决？

take it out, shake it, put it back in.

没用，
还是提示prepare yellow cartridge,
已不能打印

另外，怎么摇也很关键，最后要使剩余的墨粉平衡分布，这样才能避免打印时出现白色或浅色带。
