一个朋友打电话给我，说他们家Comcast断网10小时，恢复后Obi200 红灯/绿灯一直闪个不停，无法打电话。
查了Obitalk, 发现现在的苦主居然是HP，HP宣布从10月31日起正式关闭Obitalk, 也就是说此后如果Obi200有软件问题的话就无法设置和打电话了。

网上有一些文章谈Obihai的替代产品，似乎没有替代品及简单的方法。
我的Obi200/GV已经用了10多年了，功能强，太方便了，这么好的产品难道就这样死在HP的手里？
实际上GV app可以在android/apple手机上运行，加一个连接电话的软件就可以代替OBI200（做起来当然不那么简单），哪怕每年收20刀支持费我也愿意付，真的断了可太不方便了。
我也试过将手机通过bluetooth 连接那种有Link 2 cell功能的电话，但是效果不太理想，或者逻辑非常混乱。
以前老版上还有一个高手做了一个服务器，解决Obi当时可能与GV的麻烦。 不知现在还有多少朋友在使用Obihai，

嗯，当年在路由上跑过 asterisk，路由上空间不够，不想插 usb 盘，于是在 xp 机器 samba 里面弄了个 img，再格式化为 extl2, mount 两次后才能用。

Amazon obi200 产品有一个review，说收费的GOOGLE workspace voice可以支持OBI300。查了一下，收费不便宜，每月10刀

At some point in the future, due to the expiration of security certificates, the integration will stop working, and there will no longer be a means of onboarding your device to the service.

Once the support for obi2xx is over, we will no longer have this free service
"End of support" (your first post) is not the same as "End of Life".
"End of support" means Poly/OBi won't be making firmware updates after 2023. Our OBi devices will continue to work with Google Voice until Google makes a radical change that requires a firmware update from Poly. The last such major change was two or three years ago when Google made a drastic, and necessary, security change to how our OBi devices securely log into Google Voice. Poly made other firmware updates before the Google Voice secure login update, but I don't recall that any of these earlier updates were due to Google Voice requirements.
It doesn't seem that Google makes these changes very often. Many Google changes don't require Poly firmware updates. I'm looking forward to continuing use of my OBi 200 for some time after the official end of support.
If the day comes that I can't register my Google Voice account as a Service Provider (SP) on OBi then I'll forward Google Voice to Callcentric's Dollar unlimited incoming DID service (includes free CNAM caller id, too) and register Callcentric as an OBi SP so I can still use Google Voice with OBi on a traditional landline or base station wireless type telephone.
