基本语义就是做人做事瞎糊弄、不正规、不正经、不正派、不实在、愚弄人和事、虚头巴脑，像捣弄制作的浆糊一样稠，却不能像面粉粥、米粉粥那样能让人吃喝，只是用来糊贴纸张在墙上那样的空样子货（贴之前，要在浆糊桶里面捣一捣，防止凝结、固结）
