血液衍生的权利，jus sanguinis，
出生地主义jus soli，
鳖和东亚国家都是jus sanguinis，也就是，只要父母是中国公民（哪怕是美国绿卡），那么他们的ABC子女自动具有中国国籍。
当年秘鲁出了个藤森总统，但是很多秘鲁人就担心这个人其实是alien，一度被斥为阴毛论，结果藤森卸任后有一次借访问日本的机会就留下不走了，因为日本的归属法统是jus sanguinis，藤森的确是日本公民。
