豆制品属于违禁食品吗?气死偶了,包里的四川豆筋棍(跟腐竹类似不过更筋斗)被查收扔掉了。美国买不到这个家乡味,带回来做红烧肉的。俺当时还是蒙圈了。后来回想是不是边检把它当成肉类了?好想回到过去跟他争论一下的。

腐竹泡的时间过久,或者水温过高都会烂。如果后面是炒,可以泡久点。如果闷煮,就泡的硬点。
另外如果想闷煮时间比较久,可以泡完晾一下,过下油锅,再做。
我刚开始做,常把腐竹炖的稀烂。。。。
