上周走了个7天的TMB散步团，每天走14- 16公里，攀升800米一1100米。因是53耆英大妈团，全队80 ％是60岁以上。龟速走TMB，非常享受。領队是阿根挺小姐姐，象看羊一样。淺尝了level 3, 大約明年可以試試leavel 4 虐虐自己。

非常值得去，全程雪山景。徙步线路很成熟。經典的路线是10天环线，从法國chamonix 出发，經瑞士和意大利。山屋很难定，一般在11月就要定了。我們定的团包毎日15 kg㣔李转运。
TMB 可以丯俭由人，弱鸡的可以走我們这种rambler 团过过癮，牛人可以走backpacking solo. 我定的是utracks 这家公司，毎年11月有10%off的活动。

是的．我是美國飞Geneva 机场，坐機場大巴2小時到chamonix与大队匯合. 第七天徙步完了直接回Geneva 坐飞机。非常同情飞機上坐在我旁边的兄台，我一身牛屎味。

山屋是山上提供的简单住处，往往是統铺。我們自知弱鸡，選了嗅花散步7天团，强度是10天团的一半左右吧。我們本來以爲10人就可以包团，後來还是塞了几个歐洲人，15人一团。团中有个70岁的老太太，腳程比我快。7天团是$1482／人，包吃住导游。途中除了喝啤酒，都沒有其他开支了。10天团自己背的東西要多些，是价格也差不多，$1520 ／人。
