Good question. Usually, when you file a noise complaint with the police (or with a city’s non-emergency line), your identity is not shared with the neighbor you’re complaining about. The responding officer typically just says something like “we received a complaint about noise” without naming who made the call.
That said:
Police records: Your name might be in the official police report. The neighbor generally can’t see this unless they file a public records request (and even then, some departments redact caller info).
Anonymous option: In many cities, you can ask to remain anonymous when calling in. This way, even in records, your info may not be attached.
Practical reality: Sometimes neighbors guess who called, especially if there are only a few possibilities.

邻居是疑神疑鬼的人, 经常怀疑有小偷, 贪便宜去Animal Shelter领养了两只杂种狗看家, 没有任何训练, 也不遛狗. 整天就关在院子里. 狗叫时从不阻止.
