Xfinity should not exist

Xfinity is really VERY VERY BAD internet company. It has an EXTREMELY BAD customer service.

When I had internet problems, I called them for two days and got constant insults by their virtual assistant. What a stupid company !
I just can not get any help with those stupid virtual assistants.

I finally called to buy equipment, Mother fucker, this time they directly transferred me to a human. You know what, they ask me to upgrade the modern. ok. i said, I can pay more, as long as the internet won't drop.

They mailed me a XB7 modern, mother fucker, no where I can find what functions it owns. How to use them. The worst, the internet still keep dropping in connection. Now, I want get rid of the old router, and i think XB7 contains its router within the machine. i called xfinity for another whole day and just got insults by its virtual agents.

同意。去年去店里更新计划，店员给加了个什么storm ready device。和我说没有额外收费。回去后发现每个月多收7块，要三年。

最近家里网络不稳定，每天随机断网若干次，每次三五分钟的样子。那个virtual assistant也是屁用没有。

看到这个贴后开始怀疑是不是故意搞鬼，找机会推销他家的什么新设备。

应该是你家的转换器有问题了，外面街上的那个盒子里的。我上次就是，前后经过了6轮不同的人来换线换路由最后外面的转换器换了后好了，没问题了

我有几个，有一个也有些问题，就是手机刚进屋连上可能会没有信号，切断再连一下，就好了。我猜是modem的问题。 买的二手（看着全新）的arris。

另一个用motorola，从来没有问题。
