The Ministry of Economic Affairs explained that the restricted materials differ from those used in semiconductor production. 那玩意用的是氧化物状态 无需提纯 土挖出直接用 作用CMP的 slurry 只有极少步骤用
稍微改变成silicar slurry 就速度慢一些
而且那玩意到处都是 是土鳖恶意压价倾销 别人不制裁就算好

那是用来磨Si02的磨料 相当砂纸里的砂子 因为氧化铈能与二氧化硅反应 所以速度快 但很难控制 不好用 只有几步比较糙的用
打磨是个很脏的工艺过程 什么都有 纯度不是问题
