我们的offer递上去后不到一周listing agent 就给所有递了offer的人发了封信：
seller跟银行的谈判有了结果， 现在准备收hard offer （带deposit的）， 要求至少
是xxx K （比我们的初始offer 高了5000）， 而且要为seller的第二个loan
contribute 5000~8500. 我就对我的realtor说就按要求的价格 offer， 同意所有条件
， 马上发出！ 所以就再listing agent 发出那封信的3个小时之内， 她就收到了我们
的offer。 而且因为我是用的她的preferred lender, 我都不用出示additional的
financial statement。

然后就在焦急的等待中过了两天， 终于收到了listing agent 的回信说，I liked
your clients fast response and using the lender we know. I am going to draw
up an addendum so we can commit to your buyer and get the approval in his
name. Thanks for being on top of all of this!

这时我们心里的大石头才终于落了地！
