当年的梗是号称300战斧没土鳖海军。军舰没有钢筋混凝土结实。

因为党国从来不打侵略战争。即便当年打阿三、阿越，都是冠以自卫反击战的名义。
TW在法理上不是外国，所以不是侵略。
并且，你放心，即便是内战重启，土工也不会先打第一枪的。
