The obvious solution to corporate socialism is to get money out of politics. This drives a raise to the bottom as far as politicians who are forced, in order to compete, to take money from corporate “citizens” (i.e. Citizens United) and in return to do what these powerful organizations wish in order to continue to “serve the people”.
I think this also says a lot about the voters who blindly follow such politicians who are more concerned about distractions such as “wokeness”, illegal immigration, and that all of our guns are going to be taken away.
It is sad that our politicians must spend so much time and energy courting big money donors in order to keep their jobs rather than getting together to come up with solutions for their constituents.
