才发现，一层的温度一直没有升起来，早上听见furnace从早上定时开启，已经一个多快两个小时了，刚才感觉了下风口，是冷风。刚到地下室看了下，把furnace的cover打开，以前从来没有碰过，从哪里入手troubleshoot啊，最可能是什么问题，看了下是American Standard 80. 多谢！

太复杂了，建议看看油管。前提是懂修理，万用表工具齐全，不然还是请人吧。修理也是小马过河的问题，你的这个问题还是有些难度的。

比较新的应该会闪trouble code。

多谢，万用表之类的倒是齐全，在看油管，现在看的是ignitor。发现后就关了，trouble code没注意到，怎么看？

看样子是limit switch 坏了，它大概长这样，你得找到地方，然后买相同型号的：

如果温度低，情况紧急的话，还是请人吧，DIY 的东西只适合慢慢来。

多谢，limit switch 坏的可能性是不是不大，现在是一直cold air.

有冷风，说明电机是好的，不点火，limit switch真可能有问题，这个是控制温度的。

还可以试一下：
把能看到的几个气管管拔开，用嘴吹吹，有时候可以化腐朽为神奇。

还可以看看送风的那个电机转不转，不转的话换一个启动电容就好了。

如果点着了后来又灭了，可能是 flame sensor 坏了，取下来擦擦就行了。

从最简单的查起，是不是长期没换filter，堵了？把filter拿掉，关机开机试看看

还有可能是点火器烧断了，ignitor ，打不着火。

多谢！看了好几个油管，现在开始查错，先count flash code，感觉是在continous flashing，不止22下， 22是 22 flashes Indicates a problem with the flame itself.

查了下，有说法一直flashing也许是正常状态？
把开关打开后，有motor开转，但是火苗一直没有出现，等了几分钟，还是一直blow冷风。

Does draft motor run? You can see it rotating if it runs.

Y --》 有没有看见点火器变红？ Y　--》flame sensor is bad, clean it with a dollar bill
N --》glow stick is bad, buy a new one

N --》 Clean the drain pipe (a few inches of rubber pipe) and also clean the drain hole the pipe connects to

我的炉子比较老，有一次Sucktion Switch坏了，光有Inducer Motor转，不点火。我把另一个炉子的Sucktion Switch换上去就工作了，所以就买了兼容的零件，这都十几年了。零件$180。
