Those assumptions may be dated given today’s shutdown in which government will not likely emerge and function as it once did. 要知道那是美国下一个财政年度的财政预算。军费已经单独被通过。那可是几万亿美元，号称政府花费1美元，会产生6美元的GDP。政府如果长期不开门，这些GDP就都没有了

GDP = C + I + G + (X - M)
where
C represents consumption,
I stands for investment,
G is government spending,
and (X - M) is net exports (exports minus imports).

好比某些部门关门，水电费省了，发电厂，自来水厂都减少了收入。发电用的天然气，煤炭销售减少。自来水厂用的化学品和过滤器减少了购买，会有一系列连锁反应。所以才说，政府花费1美元，会产生6美元GDP
