昨天开会,老板催问我,要买的一个仪器什么情况了。按照项目安排，要现在立马买，后面才不会耽误进展。于是我发了一封邮件给admin去follow up,同时抄送给了老板和其他相关的合作者.

Me:
I am following up on the order of a capital equipment.....

Admin:
Honestly, I thought we did this!  Let me find out what’s going on.

Me:
Nice!!!
Can you please providing the order information, so that I can communicate with the vendor for the delivery?

I’ve asked xxx about this.  I thought it was a done deal and I’m hoping it was ordered. I certainly wasn’t stopping it.  I really hope it was already done, but I’ll find out.

比较贵，要十几万，所以需要VP批准。

这个仪器是三个月之前就提交了报价单让采购，中间我已经follow up了两次。所以这次看他的回复，我误以为真的是已经买了，只是没通知我们。我当时喜出望外，也没多想，今天才回过神来，too good to be true 我还是太年轻了

我今天才回过神来，发现我当时的回复 Nice！！！.... 在那个语境里，可以理解为嘲讽的意思。而且email还抄送了很多人，所以他后面私信我，blabla说了一通，然后就不再理我了

是的，我确实理解错了。今天才回过神来，感觉我的回复会让对方很窝火，他平时还是很支持我们的工作的，而且还抄送了这么多人的情况下。

所以觉得很不好意思，思来想后，让小妾帮忙写了封信，致歉一下
