我给你两个建议，你喜欢直截了当，我也喜欢。
1. 你英文不够好，最好写中文，让别人给你翻译，否则会导致误解。
2. 你说基因是insult，如果对方不是黄人，就是racism，是犯罪。

我不太明白的是，你开学校收钱教授学生，如果学生违规，按规定处理就好了。他学不好如果是你的责任，他们不会再来上学。是他自己没学好，接着教让他付学费，何乐而不为？

不过说实话，你不适合在美国当老师，价值观不行，误人子弟
